Default HTG 400 Watt System

Im getting ready to pull the trigger on the HTG 400watt HPS grow light kit for $119 +shipping.

My question is which, if any, of the upgrades they offer to the package pack the most bang for the buck? Should I get a better reflector or an improved bulb? I am on a budget so if the basic kit is enough that would be ideal. Otherwise I wouldnt mind spending the extra 20 bucks for an upgrade if it will yield to significant improvements in yield.

dude, i realize u said u'r on a budget, but if there is any possible way, u need a ballast that runs mh and hps bulbs, I just bought a new lumatek mh/hps for 140.00. Those people at htg are good folks nad they sure stand behind their product. If i can be of help, holler.

Think about a reflector, self cooling better coverage etc. I would also get a MH/HPS light kinda silly not to if it's not that much more.
