Need advise on lights to use

Hi guys, im about to start my first grow but first I need some advise on the lights I should use. I plan on growing in my closet and only using one pot and one plant.

I would like sum comments from experienced inside growers about this particular light for my small grow. Do you think this would do a good job for all stages of growth, and remember its only for one plant.
