I have 2 24 inch t5 lights, are they enough for veg and clones?

I have a book that has a picture of a barrel filled with water and each slat is labeled a part of the essentials to a plant.(nutes/ water/light/ temp) It basically states that you can only grow as good as you most limiting factor. In your case you can grow just fine with that light, expect a very long time waiting for those plants to get to a decent size, depending on what your intentions are.

They are both double bulb right? get some daylight 6500K for Veg and you'll be fine for a few plants.

Yeah you can grow with t5 lights..your just not going to have very dense/big buds..

No, its a total of 2 tubes.
I need something that has a low vertical height, and produces a lot of powerful light. Other people seem to have sucess with t5.

CFLs are better.. You can almost touch the plant with it. Not that powerful, but if you get the right amount of wattage and blubs, you can grow some decent weed.

T5's are great for veg mine are 6500K... Add in some CFL's in the 2700K spectrum and you'll be alright..

T5s r way better than cfls.More lumens per watt.Better color outpt as well.
