Go to home depot and have them pre-cut your wood to the dimensions you want. If you want solid walls get 3 pieces of plywood. If you want one you can breakdown easier....just get 6 pieces you can use as a frame. Get some Panda Plastic and staple to the studs making walls.

Each would require a bit of a different setup. Buts its doable....and cheap.

Tips? Not really....I know you'll need the proper tools. At the very least hammer/nails.

Have home depot make all your cuts. Will your light hang or stand? If its gonna hang you'll need to reinforce it so it doesnt fall.

I'd use plywood and look around for some already built examples.

Default Grow box.
Welcome to the forum. You will need to build a frame to attach the plywood and everything else to. For the size of box you talking about you could use 1x3 furring strps. Your cut list would be 4-4' long 1x3's, 4-46 1/2" long 1x3's and 4-22 1/2" long 1x3's. Build your two 4' by 4' frames and then attach them with the 22 1/2 boards.
I would recommend anyone doing these types of projects use a drill and srcews not a hammer and nails. Drill pilot holes first so you don't split the wood or use heavier lumber. Here's a couple of pics of a flood and drain table I built if your interested. VV

i'm sure your way is far better than mine but i don't have a shop like that, i'm just gonna bolt some "L" braces to hold them together, the only tool i have is a dremmel, (which by the way... i think every person in the world should, especially the home cultivator should have). so i will be using the dremmel to cut holes for bolts, i'm going to use the L joints, but if that doesn't work right i'm just going to add some metal right angle siding. hope for the best for me.

your L brackets should work just fine as long as your not movin it here and there,,as said earlier just figure your size and get it cut where you buy it,,kinda slap it together right there in the store,,without the brackets,,to make sure it's all the right sizes you need,,,and if you can't break down and buy a sqarehead screwdriver and some woul screws,,,make sur ya use some flat washers with them bolts

Keep on Growin
