Is your grow room going to be sealed off from the rest of the attic? If so, just vent into the other parts of the attic. The hot air from the lights will mix with the unconditioned attic space air.

I wanted to to use the entire attic but I think thatll be my best bet. Thanks bryant

My attic has a soffet (just below the gutters) that brings in cool air and vents it out via the ridge vent at the apex of the house frame. The "A" does not fully come together at the top and creates a vent. That is the ridge vent.
