I ordered saturday morning.And I went to check my order status.Still shows processing.I ordered with my bankcard,still shows it as a pending transaction.Couldn't call the bank,closed.Called the # for HTG & it says"Thank you for calling blah blah.Please hold & a operater will be with you shortly".Operater?What the hell lol.I got paranoid & hung up.I know it says theyre closed sun-mon.But their lines are open monday(today).And on ebay,they say they shipout mondays.Im confused here.Can I get some opinions on this plz?

You'll get your stuff. They are a very busy company and seeing they are closed on Sun-Mon, give them a break. Call tomorrow or send them an email.

Im a patient person.Problem is I willl be working all day thurs-fri.And Have noone to get my packages.Just checked my email again & got the tracking information now!Says "Scheduled Delivery: wed 15-July-2009".Now if I remember right about everytime I get somthing shiped from ups its always 1-2 days later then scedualed.Been like a yr or so though since I messed with ups.Have they goten more accurate theses days?

They're solid. I've been to the location down south. Online orders, credit cards, just never really happen on weekends. Tues afternoon, all the stuff I've purchased since Friday evening starts hitting my account. No worries though. They will get you taken care of.

I tell everyone to order their lights from them.

I never got a tracking # for my order, so I messaged them. Finally got a reply about 4 days alter, about 10minutes after the reply, my package was delivered. =D

I ordered last wed. and the order wasnt processed correctly because of a problem with their website. I called today after realizing the charge never showed up on my statement and they gave me 2nd day air for my trouble. I had to ask for it but they gave it none the less. The fella was on the phone was very polite and helpful.
