my new grow closet set up

welcome to my new grow room set up and info please feel free to ask questions and comment on any of the following.

OVERVIEW:

reet resently moved into my new place and found a closet at our local shop for £50 incl delivery. see first pic for full size and specs.
i am using a full spectrum 250w hps light from sunmaster, canna cocco as a medium in 1gallon square pots with full canna nutrients (see pic 3) the next 2 pics show the carben filter and inline fan which is about 160m2 per hour i have connected my light shade two ( pic 6) i have just added a 4" bathroom extractor as an intake fan which is keeping temp about 75-85f humidity is around 45 50%rh
pic 8 is the hole lot set up.
i have used rockwool for insulation and sound reduction along with old carpet to reduce sound and vibrations.
i am using canna cocco feeding regime from there websight. link below.....

i am using the high feeding feeding skedule with no problems at all, i am watering each plant with 1ltr of full nut selution overy other day and leaving to dry out for 1 day which again is working so much better than other grows where i have watered on a more frequent basis.

i used the guide that veg plants till 1ft tall then flower and this will keep plants within sencible hight and size for space. i have already noticed due to strain that they have already grown beyond what i wanted so will start flowering sooner next time.

the only new thing i have added this time is a DIY co2 bottle using active yeast suger and water, which seems to be working well.

i am growing 4 way special, ajan haze 3 and two seeds i produced myself. one being very sativa dominand and the other has agreat sativa indica traits, will be interesting to smoke finnal product.

we are no into week 4 of flowering, we are down to 4 plants AJAN HAZE #3, 4 way special, 1 i named mrfloaty haze #1 as i managed to produce some seeds from an unknown male and female and mrfloaty haze #2 again from this unknown seeds but has pure sativa traits.

any way all are over 3ft now which again is to tall for my grow space. they have already started to eat the light up again. my undertanding and info gained about hight and pot size does not fit, it was surgested (depending on strain genetics) a 1 gall pot would have a plant that was flowered at around 1ft would grow to around 3ft, my ignorance was proved. if toped at 1ft or the 5-6th internode it may have been ok, next time will veg till half a foot and then top then flower

but any input/infomation with regards this issue of pot size v plant hight, i want to grow about 3ft plant in a 1gal pot as fat as you like though discuss....

i have been feeding them this last week on a heavy feeding regime set out by canna web sight with added PK13/14 which has significanly fattened the new bud sights out, i am feeding 1 day drying out for 1 day then water again. no signes of any nut burn plants are very healthy

the 4 way special is developing very quickly with significant development already with the mrfloaty haze #1 not fare behind, the AJAN haze bud sights are now slowly swelling now and the floaty haze #2 is skinny with only 4 main branches on the hole pant, but bud sights are developing well

temp and humidity is all relativly stable lights on temp no more than 85fh and hum around the 45 55 % so cannot complain to much.

i am using a large 2ltr coke bottle with 4 tbl spoons of dried active yeast with 4-6 tbl spoons of suger. lookwarm water and shake well. have been squeezing this air around my room daily but not sure what good is doing but its not causing any problems so will keep it up.

have just bought Big Bang Fem seeds from GreenHouse seeds amsterdam, and south african kazula they have gone in a pot to germinate and to develope a mother for both.
have just cloned 6 ajan haze ready for next grow 2.

Over the past few weeks I have continued with everything as usual, I have been watering every other day with 1.25lt of heavy feeding as guided by the Canna Coco web sight for growing in coco, using Canna A+B, ryzotonic, Canazyme, Canna Boost, and today I have started with PK 13/14 for the 4 way special with it being 3 weeks from harvest, I have been flushing ever 3rd water with plain water. I have also got a 2ltr coke bottle with yeast and sugar in a ratio of 1/3, for extra co2 which I don’t no how well its working as its far from regulated, but is not doing any harm.

The 4 way special ( first 4 pics )has increased in bud size and density. There is a distincked smell coming off it and the buds are showing great crystal build up and becoming more sticky, the main cola is so heavy now and it needs supporting when not in the closet as it falls straight over with the weight mmmmmm. This plant should be done hopefully within the next 2-3 weeks as this is an 8-10 weeker. I have hit this girl with some more PK 13/14 to fatten her up some more then will have a 1 week flush to finish her off.

The Ajan Haze #3 ( pics 5-8 )had finally stopped stretching after it being topped twice as it grew into the light, the pistils on the buds that have developed are the fattest I have ever seen, this is a longer flowering plant a 12- 14 weeker so not to worried at all, but it looks like it has potential to yield big colas, (I have 6 clones ready waiting for when this is finished of Ajan Haze #3 from fat bush of a mother) I will look forward to seeing what this is really like….

The next 2 are both named after me mrfloaty as they are 2 plants I have produced with 2 different unknown mothers and an unknown father, but as you can see from the mrfloaty #1 ( pics 9-12) it has great strong dense structure with fat sticky buds. This will be as higher yielder a the 4 way special, but looks like it will take about 1-2 weeks longer to flower, the leave suggest sativa traits but must be a mix not to stretch, Unlike mrfloaty #2 ( pics 13 - 16) which has pure sativa traits as it has stretched like a bastard, only having 4 branches and it the same height as the rest. But this is the smelliest of the lot and very sticky already and the bud development looks like it could do will in yield for the size of it.

I have taken clones from both mrfloaty #1 and #2 so I can yielding more of there goodness after trying it this first time to see if it is worth keeping, and also see how the mother develops,

To update on new additions to the mothering room there is a South African kwazula, a sativa supposed to have been smoked my the Zulus, and Big Bang from Greenhouse Seeds which is supposed to be one of there recommended medicinal strains and already used in Holland for medical purposes. The Kwazula to get you high and the Bg Bang to get you stoned was the plan…..

quick not to self really just found a staight ment i want to try and challenge its that you should try and get your grow to produce 1gram per watt of light power, so i got a 250 watt light wich is 8.81oz so my challence is to get 8oz out of this grow, which is just over 2oz per plant but if i get over 6oz i will be buzzin, if i hit close to 8 i will so fuckin chuffed, so its been documented, lets see what the outcome is now.
question, does it count if its not perfectly cured when shall i waigh it will have to find that out or if anyone knows then please leave comment!!!

easy dude i got the pots from our local hydro shop they are 1gal square pots, you should be ablt to get them off ebay cheeeep eh

cheers dude thanks for stoppin by the mrfloaty haze#1 seems to be out growing the 4 way special and the ajan haze #3 atthe moment, the main cola is about as fat as my forarm and has great structure, i got a male of the same strain so will use him to further my seed bank, was thinking of putting him in the ajan haze #3 clone and see if i can not bring down the grow time as its a 12 week flower still reading up on protucing your own strains.......
