Default Need Grow Room Help

I have 3 Incandescent Medium Brass Base R-30 Reflector Bulb - 120 Volt - Boxed Watt/ Volt=75/120 hanging about 8 in. over my 2 plants.
Lights on 16 hrs. 8 hrs darkness.
Both look healthy but the stems are still very long. I have had a fan on them the entire time so they are still holding there self up with no help.
I am 8 days in and they are both only 6-7 inch's tall and have very thin stems.


Sry i have no pics any input would help!!!

Incandescent bulbs are poor sources of light for a plant. Try CFL's they have a much better spectrum for growing MJ.
