So I got everything setup finally. Or at least almost everything =D.

Im about to start my first grow. The seeds were put into germinationkit 2 days ago, and have now sprouted up and are about 3cm tall, so ready to be dropped into soil.

Would love some advice on things I need to change or even things I need to add! Everything is helpful!

Picture descriptions.

1st picture - The 20x36x64 tent in closet. Had to take form an angel because my closet is only 5.5ft x 5.5ft.

2nd - The 3gal pots. Soiled up and ready to go =D

3rd - Outside view facing closet. You cant see right there but the intake duct is running on the ground of the closet into the main bedroom (where I put a 6500BTU a/c unit just the other day. I plan to cut a hole in the door this weekend and attach the duct so it sits against hole, that way I can keep closet door closed and all the exhaust air wont mix with the good nice cold air =D

4th - Intake duct

5th - Exhaust

6th - View of bottom. Have some bagseed growing right now, was having a test run =D, a good thing I did too because those things almost died and only at week 3 1/2 =D. Going to kill them anyway as soon as I drop new plants into soil. Also running 8 CFLs down there, will be getting a 400w HPS in about a month, figured the CFLs will do just fine for now. Have light hangers for HPS, but couldnt really find anything for the CFLs. Once I get pots in there I will find another way to get them right above the pots. About 1.5 inches above plants.

7th - Exhaust fan, and air intake duct.



Ive got Foxfarm nutes (Grow Big/Big Bloom/Tiger Bloom) but to my understanding, I dont need to use them until the bottom leafs turn yellow.

Would really appreciate some feedback! Will also be starting a grow journal tomorrow.

Got other pots put in. Will figure out a way to hang the lights tomorrow, also have 4 other CFLs im going to put with them.

What all should I change tomorrow? Or anything I should take into consideration.

Alright mate? Looks like you got all bases covered. I normally start feeding my babies dilute nutes at about the 3 wk mark and build them up slowly to full strength. You will see a big difference when you put in the 400w hps.

ur gonna regret only growing two plants man u should just wait to get the hps and stuff that tent with plants

Its a very small tent. I would prob only be able to fit 1, maybe 2 more 3gal pots in there. Next grow I may up it, but considering its my first grow, I dont want to take a chance o killing all my plants just yet =D

put as many in as will comfortably fit, then if you do have any problems with a plant you will always have back ups. You will be fine! Any probs the answers are on here. Cheers for the rep mate.

What are the dimensions of your tent? You can easily grow 4 in there. Use the grow big second week half stregth, actually always use Fox Farm Nutes at half strength. Check my journal, I have a similar setup, just a couple extra goodies, but same concept, did you get that tent from HTGSupply.com? If you using bagseed, I'd germinate 12 of them, veg them and start flower 4 weeks later, discard the males. You'll be banging your head on the floor if the 2 you planted turn into males. If all 12 are females, doubt it though, BONUS! Pick the super-females out and discard the rest. Or relocate them in the woods, or whatever? I had 4/12 female to male ratio, and I purchased the seeds from credible seedbanks.

Yea, it is a HTG tent. Its 20x36x64. Smallest tent I could get, as Im living in a small place atm, until I buy a new house (prob couple years down the road as im picky and spoiled and want a big one). I can prob fit 4 three gal pots in there. I was just thinking that there wouldnt be any space once the plants get to around full size. Also using Snow White seeds, got from Nirvana. All fem seeds too, so better not be any males!

Ive already read through your grow journal =D Definitely nice. Thinking about it though, I dont know if I can fit 4 plants in my tent. Those 3gal pots are 10" wide. My tent is only 20" deep. Really about 18-19 because of the tent bars.

Right on, I thought you said earlier your were using bagseed, I didn't pay attention to detail as always, yeah if they're feminized no worries, and your right that tent can only do 2 in 3 gallon. If it were me I'd do 6 in 1 gallons in a SOG, veg for 2 weeks and flower. Or Supercrop, or both?
