Here is a checklist i had made for everything I thought I'd need for my 3ft by 3ft closet space: (all in canadian dollars)

- 1 Grotek 150 Litre (40 Gal.) reservoir $85

- 1 2ft x 4ft flood table $49.95

- 1 package (45 per pack) of Groden 1.5" cubes $9

- 2 Phillips HPS 400 watt bulb(s) $35 for the one - and the other one was packaged free with it.

- 1 400 watt Sylvania MH Clear $35

.....and the other 2 I will be ordering (just need to send the money order) are: 1 Metal Halide ballast

and

1 HPS ballast

but here's the thing, the bare-boned verisons (meaning the wires, surge protector aren't included) were $89 and $109.95 (respectively)....and the whole ballast kit for both ran about (including surge protector and proper wiring) $300

did I miss anything else guys??? does it seem like i've cut corners here.....because who am i kidding i am so f'n anxious to start growing

Nutrients...missed Nutes. And meters, PH and PPM meters are VERY important when going hydro.

How are you going to fit that 2'x4' flood table in a 3'x3' room?

and your gonna need a pump to bring water to the flood table from the res., and your also gonna want to airrait the res, so you'll need an air stone and an air pump, a fan,and prolly some sort of ventilation, spray bottle for foliar feeding... a bunch of other stuff...

well I guess I don't get that particular flood table, or I could use one of those foil baking trays (the kind you could use for making cakes) that I can find at a baking supply store or something.....the 2 x 4 table was the smallest one that Progressive Growth had at their site....
