I wanted to know if i can use a booster fan or 2 from home depot to cool my 1000w bulb? Would I need to use 2 of them, one for intake the other for output? How would I power these fans? I opened up the box at the store, and the fan only has 3 wires coming out, no power.

I have a pair of computer fans that were meant to cool large server computers. They are about 8 inches, and push a lot of air through. I bought them for $10 ea. Great deal, any way I can use these?

That page wont load for me. Not sure which fans you are looking at, but I just ordered some Aero-Flo fans and so far they are working great. Also they are very cheap.

I got the 6" inline fans with 240 free air cfm. Only 31$ per.

My link was showing about the same fan. What kind of light are you cooling?

Had meant to mention that. I am cooling 8-10 (dont always run two of them) 6500k CFLs. Going to get a 400w here soon.
