Default Plans for my new room... Let me know what you think
So heres the current idea for the new set up. Im an experienced grower, but I always like to get others opinions:

Room is 6'Lx4'Wx7'H.

Ive got 6 T12 4' fluorescent racks, two bulbs on each for veg. Two 400w hps' for flowering. Im planning on using a waterfarm kit, which is a hydro set up with 8 sites. The sites are made of a 4 gallon resevoir with a 2 gallon growing chamber. Heres a link : http://www.generalhydroponics.com/ge...waterfarm.html

Im going to vent with two 250cfm squirel cage fans, one for intake, one for exhaust routed through a hepa filter.

Im growing from clones, so the plants shouldnt spread too much.

Room's walls have mylar for reflection.

Let me know what you think of this setup, and if there are any potential problems.

Thanks!

Sounds like you have it together ok, I would question the need or use of an intake fan the same as your outtake fan. You want to draw fresh air in, and keep negitive pressure in the tent. So, you would want to either use a smaller intake fan, or none at all...Others can I am sure confirm or deny that.

The rest sounds like you have enough light etc... so good stuff.

You could also use a fan speed controller on the intake to slow it down a bit.

or just have two exhaust and one intake..

or you could get a the speed controller like DMC65 said - or just be ghetto and and put some tape on the outside of it to block some air flow to lower its CFM.. :P

Just don't bother with an intake fan, if it is less cfm than the exhaust the best it can do is waste energy. The amount of air moved by the exhaust fan will move into the box with a passive intake, so why use a fan?
