Got a grow tent on its way and not sure what to do for ventilation. I am using a 400 watt system and the box is 4'x2'x5'.

Any suggestions?

Purchase an inline fan or two,and an oscillating fan.

What would the cheapest but efficient you think? I'm on a budget at the moment.

I buy most my equipment on Craigslist,they cost like $150-$300 brand new but if you take the time to look you might find one cheap,odor gets pretty strong during flowering cycle,how much is your budget??

That seems really strong too. Can you over ventilate?(silly question most likely)

Also I am using a DIY Co2 using yeast. Is ventilation going to be counter-productive to the Co2?

Yeah it will suck it all out,I have a Co2 tank with injector kit ,when my Co2 turns on all fans turn off,

It's better to get a fan too big and find out you need a dimmer switch than to get one too small and find out you have to buy another.
If you're enriching with co2 you won't want the fan running while the co2 is being generated, which is one reason people who want to do it properly get electronic controllers for their co2. You can do the diy version, but it's effectiveness will be limited unless you have a way of monitoring and controlling the ppm in the air.
