Default Lighting Ventilation Question
OK... below is a rough mock up of what my current lighting and accompanying circulation looks like. I'm currently only using the left set of 600s and the 250s in the middle. The two side sets of 600W bulbs are in 48" CoolTubes and the center set of 250W bulbs are in air vented hoods. With just the one set of 600W and the set of 250W, the 465CFM fan I have at the end of the run is keeping the tubes cool enough for me to place my hand on top of the reflector above and feel no warmth. I am very much aware that the one fan pulling at the end of the line will NOT be enough when the last set of 600W get turned on. My questions for any experienced growers here are:

1) Is the ducting layout alright as is, or is there a better way to lay out the ducting?

2) As far as adding more airflow for the additional lights, would it be better to put a large fan at the start of the ducting run, like a dayton, or would it be better to use two smaller duct booster type fans, one at the start of the run and one probably in between the two vented hoods?

Hopefully that makes sense to someone out there...

i'd put one on the top of the two ovals and the bottom of the two circles in your picture. When turns r invloved air circulation is lost.

Sorry, I forgot arrows for air flow direction and all that. It's meant to be a top-down view of the grow tent... Sorry... I was stoned at the time.
