Default 120v ballast question

Been having a tough time trying to find this answer online so I figured I'd ask you guys... I have a 120v 4 ft shop light... Currently has 2 t8 32w tube lights installed... It also suggests to use this tube on the box... My question is.. Can I get a higher wratt tube for the 120 v ballast?? Thanks everyone!

i believe those are all bulb specific. if it'll fit in the slots you can use it.

It should be printed on your ballast what watt bulbs the ballast takes..
