Cool Best Brand of MH Bulbs for VEG Growth?

So I have a 400 watt MH and I am trying to figure out what the best bang for my buck will be in purchasing a new bulb. The one upside is that I don't pay the electricity bil, so that's not going to factor in to my decision. What I need is something to amplify the speed of my vegetative growth because right now it is SLOWWWWWWW. I MEAN SLOW! Like I said. 400w, MH, Vegetative...Any Suugestions?
