It depends? I would watch it for a few days to determine what the sytem needs. Taking into account that the plants needs will change as it grow, so what is "right" for today may not be "right in 3 weeks. Its a matter of tuning in your space and your genetics. You grow as it grows and it grows as you do.

not familiar with foggers. some people say its better, and in theory it makes sense. but of the people i've seen use it, i see a high failure rate.
