New grow room advice

I'm setting up a grow in two cabinets sized 20"x24"x68" each.

I'm planning on using two 50w blue/red led panels (450nm/645nm) with two 125w hps bulbs (one flower one veg.) Hoping Led and Hps will supplement each other.
The whole area will be covered with mylar

There is 60 inches between the cabinets
I want to use one for flower and one for veg.
The flower cabinet will have carbon filter with fan(http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=160291113817) and I,m planning to make a duct from the veg room and hopefully get good circulation

Now I'm having trouble getting E40 sockets with power cord for Hps bulbs without a reflector( don't think I need it since everything is covered with mylar and just the bulb will be more flexible regarding positioning).

Any one know were I can get two of these for a good price?

How can i utilize my lights as good as possible for two cabinets?

Also any good advice I can get will be greatly apreciated since this will be my first grow.

try this link, posts to all of europe from germany. its easy to fit a plug to it, if you cant fit a plug yourself then what can you do : )
