Venting a carbon scrubber

For those of you who use carbon scrubbers can you tell me if you vent inside of your room or on the outside.

I would like to run mine inside the room and run a seperate exhaust with a second carbon scrubber which would regulate temps. Will this hurt the effectiveness of the scrubber if it just recirculates in the same room. Also assuming proper humidity and temps. Thanks
