Any way to use a capacitor or any thing of the sort to try and rig the usage?
The problem is, running 4k of lights,and all the goodies. Then also trying to make the house look normal,I.E. 2 of us coming and going, Internet,TV,pool,A/C

Or will not using the Fridge,W/D,Water heater,and Oven, keep the usage down?

Just do everything possible to get your energy costs down. CFLs in every socket, consider installing light timers, high efficiency appliances (or is this just a grow house, with no people really using it for living essentials?). 4k worth of lights is getting to a pretty big draw but I've heard of people running lots more than that and never having problems. If you have the money, consider getting solar panels installed I'm sure that'd take quite a chunk out of the bill in the sub tropics.

We are thinking about solar. An old boss of mine will do it all for 6,000$
We are actually looking at some wind mills. The thing is, is that the "green" movement is that big down here. We are afraid putting up something like that will draw more attention.
its a 3 bedroom home. about 1400sqf. 2 grow rooms and the 3rd with a bed in case one of our ladies gives us the boot.
