Default Carbon filters

How do you know what size carbon filter you need for your room. My room has 2 1000 watt hps lights wtih 20 plants under them. Is the 6inch fan and filter combo from htg going to be a big enough filter. I dont know how to figure out how big of a filter i need.

not sure myself but ill be keeping my eye on this one because my grow is preety similar. Unfortunitly im new to big grows and i cant give you an answer. Im personally reading others grow room setups and diarys of similar size and seing what they use, but i havent gotten a good answer yet.
if i find anything ill keep yea posted

I think that would be a big enough fan...I'm running a 600w and a 400w hsp and my fan is 150mm,,I think that is smaller than 6in and my fan could handle 3x the heat
