ive seen alot of ppl here using the y spillter for use to light bulbs in one socket whats the proper name for it i cant seem to find the in home depot thnx dudes

I know the lowes but me didn't carry them for some reason, but i went to different lowes and they had them so maybe your homedepot dosent carry them, i call them y splitters just ask somebody in the electrical department

ace hardware sells y splitter with a 660 watt limit. 3 bucks a pop

They Are called Y Splitters , people use them on here so that they don't have to have a bunch of light sockets hanging for evey light
