Is a 100 watt Metal Halide enough light for one plant?

If so what can I expect for yield..?

2oz. if you play your cards right...

longer flowering period but u should get a monster....might be worth a few low energy lighbulbs dangling down the side...without the extra cfl's u got to train it cos it will grow big and your 100 watt just won't penetrate

If you scrog that one plant, veg it long enough and train it right, you could pull maybe 2 OZ from a 100w MH.
