Going to be building a grow box soon and i was wondering if i have an intake and exhaust fan would a ozone generator inside the box be enough to completely cover the smell or would i have to use a carbon filter??? Only thing im not sure about the grow box so any experienced advice please help!!!

if your using ozone in doors i would be careful the shit is toxic. it is a known carcinogen. it also corrodes steel. yay!

if you use ozone you need to exhaust outdoors.
if you can exhaust i would use both.

Yeah, don't put an ozone gen inside any grow area with your plants. I would put the ozone generator inside a huge tupper ware box, with many cardboard baffles in it to increase surface area inside, and place the box next to your grow chamber. Then I would route a duct into the end of the box with the generator in it, blowing air straight from your plant area into the ozone. The baffles will mix the ozone and the bad smells better, leaving less ozone and less smell coming from the other end of the box, which should have some little vent holes in it to slowly leak the pressure off from the unit. If you can't have this sitting around, as long as your chamber is in an area that is pretty big and not well travelled by others, you can just run a very small room deoderizer unit next to it and most of the smell shouldn't escape the room.

Thanks for the info. new to the indoor growing thing so i appreciate the help. im gonna go with a carbon filter hooked up to the exhaust and an ona block i think that will do the trick cause im only doing six plants. thanx again

i am pumping my filtered air into an empty storage room i will place the ozone gen in that room! but nobody is in there .
