Hi guys and girls hope your all well- well and truly stoned that is .

I have recently obtained a small grow tent; 80cm (L) x 45cm (W) x 80cm (H).
I have fitted it out with 2 x small pc fans - one for exhaust and one for intake.

I was given a fluro fitting which holds 4 x 60cm globes, after some small modification (hood size previously 60cm x 60cm - now 60cm x 43cm) it fits beautifully in the veg tent and is easily height adjustable.
The question is what type of globes should i use in the hood (it can take globes from 6v to 22v - so i was gonna go for the biggest voltage) - i mean what colour spectrum is best: should i use "grow globes", "cool white" or what???
Also will this be enough ligh for the given space ???? should i add a few CFL's??

I have one killer grow form seed under my belt ! (well im heaps proud of my first efforts, somking beatuifully!), now i wanna get a look in at this cloning stuff .
