Is the blue thing your ballast,if so move it on the outside of the box your blowing the heat off the ballast everywhere.THESE are just some thoughts white flat paint,move the box with the 6 plants over a tad and make a hole and put the fan on the outside blowing on the res,i know those fluros dont put out a lot of heat but it might help a little its got to be a little cooler outside the box???yea your right b4 i got the cooltube my 400hps only had 1 at that time raised my temp 20 deg and didnt have the window a/c.gonna pm u.

i just checked at my supplier and 6inch is over 40 bucks so i think it woudnt be worth it. didnt think they were that damn high,did you see the diy on the bake around tube.it might have been on homegrone420 dont remember.what kinda hood you got on your 400hps??just thought about this i got a bunch of draft inducer assemblys i have taken off old furnaces and they move over 900 cfm im told, i think ill try one and see, my temps are getting out of hand it was 106 last week.
