So I attempted to grow about a year and a half ago in my closet with a 400w HPS system and my heat was to much of a problem I had no ventilation, and it was horrible. Started with 4 lowryders one made it past sprout and turned male. Now im on a mission to successfully complete a full grow.

Checklist for the grow

• Space : Homebox-S
  (Specs 31,5 x 31,5 x 63 [inches])
• Lighting : 250watt HPS system (kinda wish I woulda got a 400w)
• Ventilation : 1, 6'' exhaust fan 250cmf vented to the light and out of the top of the box. 1, 4'' inline fan 80cmf brining new air from the air conditioner.
• Medium - Right now im using ThunderHead from my local hydro store. Dont reccomend it really. Its got slow releasing nutrients or something. Ill be starting the sprouts in this in dixie cups and then transfering them into 3 gallon pots, using FoxFarm OCEAN FORREST SOIL.
• Seeds - 3 FEMINIZED Snow White from Nirvana (DO NOT reccomend nirvana they have horrilbe customer service, and it took over a month to get my seeds.
• Nutes - Foxfarm Grow big.. I will start using this after about 2 weeks. And once flowering takes place I will use a FoxFarm Bloom product. As well as molasus(sp?) Every other feeding during flowering until harvest.

Alright. So 2 seeds have germinated out of the 3 im trying to plant. They have been put into dixie cups and sit about 16 inches under my 250watt hps light. I also have 1 2 week old Auto Ak47 x Lowryder#2 growing in the tent. Right now my temps are about 83TOPS during the day, and 79 minimum at night. I have it on a 24/0 cycle right now. But might switch to 18/6 here soon to save power.

I have a few questions as this is my first real grow.

1. The Feminized seeds .. why in another Snow white journal he had the same seeds as mine and was talking about "Hoping all of them turned female" if there all feminized seeds? Maybe im missing something.
2. Not sure if they are auto-flowering will I need to switch it to 12/12 once flowering begins?
3. What else can I feed them to increase growth and yield during vegitation???

The Automaticak X lowryder plant is looking good for 14 days. Im hoping to see some flowering in the next 1-2 weeks i believe? I read that lowryder and autoak show flowering usually aroudn 3 weeks is this correct?

Anyways... the 3 snow whites are sitting in dixie cups still havent sprouted yet. Ill keep you guys updated on when they sprout.

Auto AK x lowryder2 plant is showing signs of sex.. to early to tell but stuff is def growing where they are looking like it will turn female. To early to tell.. will probably be able to tell in a few days.

Feminized seeds can become herm or male if stressed under bad conditions, such as letting the heat skyrocket or over/under watering the seedlings. If they are auto flowering, I would assume like an 18/6 or even a 20/4 light cycle from seed would be perfect. They still need a bit of darkness to cool off a bit so to speak.

this grow didnt go through had to abandom.
