Well,here it is...First thing you should know about me is that if I can build it,usually I will...Naturally,the light was the most expensive item...400 watt HPS...all sunlight system parts....pots are 3 gallon trash cans,2.00 apiece at walmart...why,you ask....21 of them fit perfectly in my closet,which is 22"x81"....SOG anyone?....well,not just yet...First I had to learn about inside growing,and its a lot different now from when I used to mess around outside.
First,seeds....got some bagseed from a christmas sack...hey,that was pretty good smoke too...so thats what I started with...wound up with one good female(my avatar)...and I have started new seeds every three weeks.
My first female,vegged for three weeks,then placed under flower....but more on that later...for now,let me get you guys some pics

Well,now for some of the basic questions...Ionic grow,Ionic bloom,superthrive,bcuzz foliar and foliar boost,molasses...and a touch of peroxide following transplant....pesticides....none...tobacco juice,a couple of times,and bug strips
Light schedule....24 for the first week...18-6 for two weeks,then 12/12....and.......but more about that later

Here's just a few random pics for ya...these are all bagseed...when I am thru playing with the setup,I will get some real genetics...this one has a lemon smell when touched,but a very low odor...looks like a good one for sog too....

Meet the twin,and the miracle gro babies

Out of my 6 females,the miracle gro babies are the largest at 52 and 48 inches....the twin is knockin on 42 inches....the phone pole is 27" and my avatar is only 22".

Ok,here is where the experiment part comes in....My first female stopped growing at 47 days flowering....sounded about right to me too,except for 1 thing....I wanted bigger buds!!!...So,I turned to self,(he is the pot grower around here,I can't grow warts)And I says "Well,Self,They aren't big enough...."
"Grow them bigger then"
"How are we supposed to do that?,They are almost done."
He just rolled his eyes and started hauling plants to the tub for a flush.so here is what we did
Flushed with ph water,no nutes,and reset the timerto turn the lights on for 1 hour,three hours after lights out....I call this the cycle...we ran the cycle for 10 days...and before you guys start screaming about hermies,think about this...hermies are caused by stress right?the normal light that they recieve is not stressfull to them,they wake up to it everyday...the 1 hour of light comes after 3 hours of dark to give the plant time to recharge,and begins a new growth spurt as the plant attempts to renew its vegetative phase....back on the normal cycle for a week now,and still no hermies...this is out of 6 females,4 different types of seed....trichromes remained unchanged,and developed on all new growth...all top colas grew 4 to 6 inches and new growth tips are flowering all over
