Ok let me get you up to speed. We started with about 25 random bagseeds back in May. Of those 25 about 15 or so made it out of the soil. Now at this point, we had them under 8 23w CFLs, and we're bringing them outside in the sun whenever possible.

Fast forward about a month. We realized something was wrong as our sprouts were hardly growing. So we decided to read as much as possible and figure out how to improve our situation. We quickly realize that our 2 main problems are our soil (MG Organic Potting Mix -- basically bark mulch), and our lights (CFLs). So we get our hands on some Fox Farm ocean forest soil, and Fox Farm big bloom fertilizer, and then a 400w MH/HPS. We decide to gut out an unused closet and get our babies into a healthy environment, and also to plant some new seeds (6/6) to get a comparison with our new and improved setup. Here are some pics at this point. The seedlings that we had planted a month before were extremely stunted and not doing much of anything (They are in the larger pots of MG). We transplanted our 2 tallest and best looking ones into cups of ocean forest to try and perk them up. We also had our 8 new sprouts, including 1x Skywalker and 2x Pineapple Punch in cups of FoxFarm.

So just about a week after getting them into good soil, and HID lighting, growth starts to pick up bigtime, and seems to revive some of our stragglers. We also see our first signs of sex! And its a female! The 2 tallest plants begin to get taken out of the closet 6 hours early, putting them into 12/12.

Pictures taken on 6/23

Another week passes. Its now 6/30. We "weeded" out the plants that didn't seem to be growing anymore for whatever reason, and focus on the few that made it from CFLs to HIDs. We also repot the 4 of the 8 seedlings planted on 6/6, which seem to be healthy as can be.

And the most recent pictures. Taken yesterday on 7/12. We have started flowering the entire closet now. Skywalker was planted outside because we didnt have the heart to destroy him. Buds are starting to take shape on the ones that have been flowering. Still waiting on the sex of the other 3 that vegged for about 5 weeks. We also tried tieing down one of the girls to give her lower buds some better light.

And I now open this journal up to any questions/comments/criticism you may have. As from here on out it will be up-to-date and I'll need all the help I can get.

Some bud shots taken yesterday. I believe it was day 22 flowering. Starting to see our tie-down job taking effect. The lower buds are perking up nicely towards the light, and even forming lower bus of their own! (last picture)
