I guess you could use fans on the bottom for an outdoor tent grow. Of course, temps will stay high if you're using anything over a 250WHPS system. I recommend you get the AC, even if it seems costly. Check craigslist.org and ebay for an affordable unit. You won't regret it.

The tent is currently being grown in over here, 3 mothers right now. See the 32 plant perpetual link in my signature. It's functioning as the vegetative growth / clone tent for my perpetual grow.
