Veging Pictures : Open for advice

There are four plants that have been veging for two months. All four plants look OK, but not great. They all seem to be growing slightly different. This is probably because they are different seeds or because they did not have proper lighting for the first two weeks. Iam going to lay out all my info and go from there. ALrighty then... All four seeds came from bags of really good stuff, but not sure what kind. I have a 100w HPS and a fan. I am also able to open my window and get fresh air circulating for at least half the day. I have been using Fox Farm grow big at 1/2 strength every other day for the last 2 weeks. I transplanted all four plants into the bigger pots that you see now the same time I started using nutes.

In plant # 1 I made the mistake of transplanting it into miracle-grow moisture control soil. This was the only plant that I put into MG the remaing 3 were transplanted into a local organic soil. (dont ask me why I did this) Now it is the only plant that is showing the extreme burn marks on the leaves. The leaves are also a bit dry and crunchy on the very tips. I am not in panic mode yet but would like to cure this problem ASAP.

Plant #2: this plant seems to be growing straight up and the leaves seem to be making a "taco" shape. Also Plants 1 and 2 were positioned closest the light so maybe this they are sun-burn?

Plant #3 This plant was actually planted about a week before the other three. It sprouted and had some immediate stretching. Now the bottom leaves are slightly yellow and growth seems to be stunted, or at least drastically behind the other 3.

Plant #4 God I hope this one is female. This one seems the healthiest. The last couple of days I have noticed that the leaves seem a little "droopy". Nothing I am too concerned about, but if this is an early sign of something I would like to catch it ASAP.

So Im guessing I have room for imrovement.... I want any and all advice. But if you are guessing or baked at least let me know.
