yeah, let them go for another week at least just to be sure. I'd think you should get at least one female in all of that - the odds of getting all males out of eight plants is like 250 to 1 against 0_o

Even if they are males, just as well to let them grow for a few weeks yet just to have plants to learn and practice on. Say, with the spraying, keep spraying some and not others - same with watering. Get a feel for what they like in your soil, under your lights, etc - then if you do a second round you'll have a better idea of what works, etc.

this was my first grow attempt with an autoflower, ive grown prior....
so ive got a male ak auto...

came up with an idea of harvesting the pollen then using it on a feminised strain of my choice and try my hand at breeding.
something good out of every situation ...
all is not lost , ill back back bigger and better.

SO HERES an update , ive got one hermaphoridte and one regular auto.
started feeding on earth nectar with the super tea i was using prior.

growth of these plants started out fast then do to nutrient burn on my behalf at the 15 day and shock from transplanting, they are still recovering but are doing so much better than before.

the hermaphrodite one is showing more sativa tallness, and the other female is showing some heavy indica quality's.

that lovely hermie will give me lovely female seeds, and will smoke good.
so im not even worried about getting seeds.

but i would like to protect the other plant at least.
but i only have one hps lamp, but i have 6 6900l 500k bulbs.
any suggestions??

Ah, was wondering where you'd gone - looks like your babies are pulling through, dude. You'll probably be able to get a good amount of seed from them for sure. I had another look at those pots, by the way, and I got to thinking that since they're just some type of Rubbermaid-like bucket, they probably didn't come with holes in the bottom for drainage like a proper plant pot would. Is that the case and, if so, did you drill any holes into those pots? It looks like they're sitting just on carpet, so I'm thinking likely no? At any rate, that may something else that's causing them problems. Any excess water wouldn't be able to drain and would pool in the bottom of the pot, suffocating your babies If you haven't got holes in the pot, that may be something quick and easy you could do to help out your grow. You'd need to put trays under them after, of course.

yes they are rubbermaid trash cans, i poked some big holes in the bottom of all of them, at least 6 holes, thats not carpet...its sitting on a towel so the water drains onto it. the i replace as necessary.

yes they are growing... and with the new seeds sprouting and all i have started a 20-4 instead of a normal 24hr grow.

this is looking good my man.

Oh man a bunch of retards like mine

I made so many mistakes at the beginning and they suffered. I think I'm back on track now though.

Looks like you watered way too much. I agree try doing a proper experiment and only misting half of them and leave the other ones alone. You see if it works after a week.
