High guys!

I'm new to rollitup and relatively new to growin' ganja. I'm learning fast though and just wanted to share my most recent endeavor before I begin my next grow-show.

I harvested this grow on June 5th and have been curing the harvest since. This was my second full grow and was from seed. Here are the grow specs:

Strain: Purple Cindy - Highgrade Seed Co.
Light: 400W Agromax (with built in dome reflector)
Method: DWC (single res bubbler)
Medium: Rockwool plug & Hydroton in 2.5" netpots

Nutrients: (Used in various quantities at various growth stages)

Advanced Nutrients: Micro, Bloom, Barricade (also used as pH up), Voodoo Juice, Carbo Load, Big Bud
Botanicare: Liquid Karma, CalMag+
Fulmag: Fulvic Acid (used as ph down)

Feb 03 - Seeds received from Highrade Seed Co.




Feb 24 - Seeds soaked in pure distilled water for six hours. (all sank)




Feb 29 - All good... growin like they should. Moved them into the netpots with Hydroton.




Mar 16 - A bit more bushy in the cab.



Already with some fat leaves...

Mar 22 - Growin bigger... (switched to 12/12 Mar 19)



Mar 27 - Growing taller...




Mar 29 - 2 Females found



...and 3 males were pulled from the cab.




Mar 31 - Training the tops begins.




April 4 - Tops filling in






April 12 - From inside the cab looking over the canopy



...Buds forming



April 22 - Tops stretching



...Buds filling out






May 7 - Trichome development in full force.








May 28 - Buds swelling

The plants were chopped down on June 5th, dried for 8 days and then jarred where they are now curing.















So that was Day 1 to Harvest, hope you enjoyed it... I know I sure did

Wow smoove those buds look awesome! They look really sticky and I love the purple. How is the smoke?

Thanks tom... they're even stickier now that they've been curing for a while I love the purple too but interestingly the color has been changing over the last few weeks while curing. The purples are turning a darker brownish and the greens are turning blondish. Also the smell is getting fruitier, spicier and skunkier as the colors are changing.

The smoke is real nice. Overall I want to say that it's just very smooth. The smoke goes in with a robust earthy flavor, really tightens up your lungs and then goes out with a clean sweet taste. I start to feel the high as the last bit of smoke leaves my mouth and it kinda creeps up higher over the next 10 minutes or so. It's a nice mix of body stone and heady high, but nothin too crazy either way. I've been able to focus on doing chores around the house, I've gone on some strenuous 5 hour hikes taking intermittent "puff-breaks", but I've also chilled on the couch all afternoon grubbin on some munchies laughing at some TV show. It's not the strongest stuff I've smoked, but easily above average. Though to me, what it lacks in strength it makes up for in taste and flavor... it's just very smooth.

I'm actually tempted to go out and buy a scale to find out for myself! lol

Anyone out there think they could give a rough guesstimate on how much my harvest weighs? lol
