Post White Label Purple Haze Feminized
Although I've started grows in other places, this will be the first grow I will have seen (hopefully) to the end. I recently purchased 5 feminised Purple Haze seeds from White Label (a subsidiary of Sensi Seeds) and have been growing them for close to a month now. Please, before this thread is flooded with comments, I realize I am not growing real Purple Haze. I have accepted this fact and decided the purchase of these seeds before doing research was a newb mistake. Anyways, I grew them in small 4" pots for about 2 weeks and transplanted them into much larger (3 gallon I believe) pots with a mix of potting soil and those clay hydrocortel balls. I may have damaged the roots on the two smaller ones while transplanting which accounts for their size. I've been feeding them about 12 ml of Miracle Grow food in 5 liters of water 3 times a week and flushing them once a week. During the day (about 9 am to 11 pm) they recieve natural sunlight and for the remaining hours they are under a mix of fluorescents totally somewhere around 150 watts. I just today decided to LST them (let me know if they're still too small) and i'm hoping to bud them within two weeks because I have a deadline. ;(. Please view and comment, I need every last detail and hint you can give me.
About the plants: most of them, especially the last picture of the small one have their leaf tips pointed up and curl upward. Also, I'm wondering whether those clay hydro balls were a good idea considering everytime I water them the soil is pushed between them theoretically to the bottom of the pots. once again any comments will be appreciated.

So an update on the children. They're having some health issues I think and I really need some help diagnosing them. They've got some yellow spotting and these strange papery holes on the leaves. At first I thought it was hotspots so i removed this crazy reflector i had but they seem to have gotten worse. I got a sweet 600w HPS for 50 euro the other day and put it on the girls 20/4. They're over a month old but they look pretty small and I'm worried about they're growth rate. Like I said before I mixed clay hydro balls IN with the soil rather than just on top and I think it may be fucking up the pH or something. I was using miracle grow all purpose plant food about 3 times a week at 3/4 strength but stopped as soon as i saw the blemishes. Junebug (the green pot) has the most prominent spots. Also i'm vegging with an HPS and I have NO idea if it has an extended light spectrum and judging from their growth its not, is this ok? So... Please a quick recap:what could cause the holes - light too close - nutrient burn - bug problem - soil issues. Also, do you think it would be worth transplanting them into bigger pots and changing the soil and putting some perlite in there. Plllllease give me some do's and don'ts, i always wanted a grow journal. And a shoutout to my boys in I-town. Ounces and Ounces.

Default Almost 2 months in- Coco grow
Switched to Coco in week 8 or 9, plants took shock hard, lost all fan leaves.
- 11 liter pots
- 600w hps (20/4)
- 2 oscillating fans
Most new growth is green and healthy, but plants are still readjusting.
Put up plastic sheeting today for reflectivity, got a thermometer and a pH meter as well. Think I'll try and keep it about 5.8-6.2.
Feeding straight water until plants have stabilized, have Terracanna for flower (i think thats the name)
Because height and growth are not an issue will not flower for at least 3 to 4 weeks and allow for maximum yield.
Should I use my old Miracle Grow or should I spend more money and switch to another veg nute?

Side Question: is the coco I have left over safe for a guinea pig cage?
Probably don't hear that one every day.

So I exposed the root on one of my babies. I put too much coco in the bottom of the pot when replanting it and now its kind of elevated in a dirt dome above the pot about 4". It's the one that seems to be doing the worst. Should I risk the chance of further shock to plant it deeper or will the light not completely kill exposed roots? Just wondering...

Thanks Tanno, you don't know what a lift it is to see someone take interest in my grow. I checked on them today and they're growing slowly. I really wish I had been able to sample a bit of the Purple Haze bud before I bought it, but the coffeeshops seem to be out of it. More Pics tomorrow.

Talking ~ 2 weeks until Flower, Branchtageous!
Today i decided my kids needed some real nutrients and spent a little on what I thought were probably the most beneficial right now. I picked up some Rhizotonic (used about 15 ml in 2 gallons) pH down < This shit is fucking strong. (used 8 ml in 2 gallons) about 8-10 ml of Epsom Salts and CO2 tabs which i forgot to put in... idiot. I also added a little secret ingredient (my own urine) about 3 ml in 2 gallons. nothing like a little piss to bring out the best. pH stablized around 5.8-6.0. I gave them probably about 1 quart and a half each today. We'll see what happens.P
Gonna mix some Rabbit shit with this mix next time. For natural nutes.

Also, I've noticed that these youngins are incredible branchers. I've attached some photos and you can see that the secondary growth is astonishing. I took my biggest (hopefully girl) today, only about 14-16" tall and counted 13 nodes.
I thought this was supposed to be purple HAZE, but the sativa pheno is not showing right now.
Any other suggestions to add to the nutes for veg phase in coco? (preferably cheap)
They're gonna be huge .

Exclamation Day After Yesterday (First real Nutes)
Just wanted to post an update after their first day of nutrients. Mixed pretty much the same mix as yesterday plus a little CO2.
Noticed some MUTANT leaves on a couple, on one all the fan leaves looked weird. It's like they have 11 leaves instead of 5.
The extensive under-branching continues.

Question: I was mixing up my juice today and my pH meter said there was a HUGE difference in pH between the water at the top of the bucket and the water at the bottom. bottom was almost 4 and top was 5.8. What does this mean?

Default Where'd my floor go?
In 12 days these plants have literally tripled.
Same juice, no real nutrients... just supplements and some root tonic.
All growth is green and the side branches are growing like crazy.
Two months and they'll be .
