here they are at 6.5 weeks, all of the trichs are now milky in coloration and the hairs have really started to turn brown now.

so its been a long ass time since i've updated this thing but heres the progress, the four i had vegging all turned out to be females, i gave my first attempt at cloning and had about a 50% survival and took them from all four, so while the clones were rooting i flowered the four mothers. a week goes by and my clones that survived all had roots established so i put them to flower two weeks behind my four mothers, still with me keep reading. anyways that was a week ago, so im three weeks into flowering my four, and one week into flowering my clones, and im getting some badass purple, don't know how i don't think this strain has that pheno, im thinking this must have been from a different strain due to the fact that i started from seed. and its only on one plant

That is awesome. Nice bud porn. Congrats on all the females. Hope I have the same luck. Those Jock seeds I was talking about a month ago are about a foot tall now. I only have two since I have a bunch of other strains going. Hope they all turn out like yours!!

so two weeks have gone by and in that time i added another 400w hps, so that was three days ago, and this is the progress. havn't really had to do anything to them other than re-arrange them, my res is almost no maintanance, ph and ppm drifts very very slowly to the point i only need to adjust it once a week and just because of topping off the res. its wierd, but i think i finally dialed in my grow room cause i havn't had a single issue and bearley have to do any maintance, im kind of bored, but excited,

I did get one Jock female that I put into a flower week ago. How's the odor coming off those babies? They look awesome!

what odor? when the exhaust fan is off they don't really give much of a smell even with the oscolating fan on them. you can only really get a good smell of them by actually rubbing the leaves/buds. those purple buds are definatly on the indica pheno or something i personally don't even think those were jockhorror seeds i was sent the green buds probably were but these are nothing even remotely close to the the others. was yours a bitch to grow like mine, took alot of extra close attention to everything to get to where i am now, thats why its wierd not having to do anything.

Just the opposite in fact. I've grown four strains so far: Jock Horror, Bubblicious, Super Skunk, and White Lady. Jock Horror is BY FAR the easiest to grow of that group. Followed by White Lady and Super Skunk. I find Bubblicious to be a real pain in my ass. I'm defining "easy to grow" as overall healthiness, speed of growth, and resistance to overnute. The Jocks flourished with a heavy nute dose almost from seed while all the other plants showed signs of burn with much lighter doses. I fed the Jock seedlings the same doses as my White Lady clones of the same age which is crazy if you know anything about clones.

I was asking about the odor because I need to scale back the stinkiness of my op. Bubblicious and Super Skunk are pretty funky while growing but White Lady is virtually odorless while growing. My first grow was only White Lady and the very slight smell it gave off was nothing like weed IMO. More like growing fruit. I heard Jock is the same way so I want to have mostly Jock and White Lady with only a couple of the stinkier plants. So I'm glad to hear you confirm that. Thanks.

the best way i could describe the smell is kind of a pine/lemon smell with just a faint hint of traditional cannabis smell in the back. The high dose of nutes is what took me so long to figure out, everything i've read, been told and what not all made me have difficiencies during the veg, so i did what your not supposed to do and upped my nutes as to what difficiency they were fixing, mostly these plants needed a crazy amount of P, foxfarms chaching made up about 30% of the mix on my veg side res, and in the flower it makes up about 40% of my mix, for the rest i use flora nova grow/bloom. seedlings needed about 500ppm, veg/mother stage i was about 1000ppm and for flower my older side is at about 1550ppm and the clone side is at 1200ppm.

so here are the clones at just over a month flowering, they are comming along great, but they ended up being fairly small clones, should have vegged them for another week, maybe its just me but with 800w i would have thought my buds would be bigger at this time or they just havn't filled in yet, if you have any advice on plumping up the buds would love to hear it.

I grew jock in dwc and had awsome results. Easy to grow, HUGE ass colas, and the smoke was unreal.

I also noticed how it had very little smell when growing.

It would be a great choice for anyone worried about odor problems.
