looks like 2700k but thats just from looking at colors.

It would be better if you have both but if you can only afford 1 get the the one that checks your water. If you are watering with properly pH'd water your soil should balance out. I noticed you are using MG potting soil. does it have time release nutes?

from the looks of it i would say that you havent had a problem with ph, but that pot does look kinda small what size is it, maybe it needs a tranpslant because it is becoming rootbound

yeah i think they are becoming rootbount also, all you have to do is put it in a bigger pot mate

Those are Soft white bulbs, there the ones you want for veg, pick up some Warm light 42watt CFL when you want to flower.

Those bulbs are fine for veging with they provide enough lumens for that stage, but i would say do the transplant while its easier.

You will need another form of lighting to flower with though as they are the wrong spectrum and power to flower with.

i wouldn't jump to conclusions. i have a cfl that is labeled 'soft white' and it is 2700K. if you look at the right hand side of the package that his lights in, you will see the little arrow pointing in the reddish part of the spectrum.
