Jason does have some mighty fine looking HB. Hope mine look half as good as his. This is my first grow with quality genetics so looking at his pics gets me excited about the end results. Hell I haven't had any dank buds in so long, I mean people sell what they call dank & I guess it is for this area but it's not top shelf. I must say that these little beauties are much more impressive than bag seed. It makes me want to start all my good seeds but I'll wait because of state laws & the amount of work it takes to grow 20 or 30 plants. Plus this is just for personal use I'm not in a hurry.

I've been watering them with distilled water, since they are small it doesn't cost a lot but I'll be switching to good old tap water when the go into the 3 gallon pots. Soil is holding pH 6.8. The plants are between 2 3/4" to 4 1/4". A couple of them have some signs of a slight burn, I thought they might because they weren't quit ready for my soil mix. It's not bad just a little burnt on the tip.
The pics are of the biggest one. I haven't numbered them yet but I guess I need to so I know which one to clone.

4 cubic feet of local organic soil
1 cup of blood meal 12-0-0
1 cup of bone meal 0-10-0
1 1/2 cup of aluminum sulphate - for sulphur
1 cup of dolomitic lime - calcium & magnesium + it helps stabilize the pH or so I've heard
1 TBS muriate of potash 0-0-60 I'll be replacing this with green sand next time.
1 tsp copperas - iron & a little more sulphur

It's a little "hot" for the little ones but they are big enough now that they should start to really enjoy it. It's an ever evolving mix. I'm not a pro but have had a few good harvest with this mix.

NITROGEN (N)
Pale plants, red stems, smaller growth. Rapid yellowing of lower leaves progressing up the plant. Add any chemical fertilizer containing N. Treated plants recover in about a week.

PHOSPHORUS (P)
Slow or stunted growth, red stems. Smaller leaves that are dark green. Lower leaves yellow and die. Add chemical fertilizer containing P. Affected leaves will not show recovery but new growth will apear normal.

POTASSIUM (K)
Affected plants are usually tallest and appear to be most vigorous. Necrotic spots form on lower leaves. Red stems. Leaves appear pale or yellow. Add chemical fertilizer containing K.

CALCIUM (Ca)
Lack of calcium in the soil results in the soil becoming too acid. This leads to Mg or Fe deficiency or very slow stunted growth. Treat by foliar feeding with one teaspoon of dolomatic lime per quart of water until condition improves.

SULFER (S)
Plants suffering from S definciencies exhibit yellowing of new growth. Mix one tablespoon of Epsom salts per gallon of water until condition improves.

MAGNESIUM (Mg)
Lower leaves yellow and may even turn white while veins remain dark green. Blades die and curl upward.

IRON (Fe)
Leaves on growing shoots turn pale and veins remain dark green. pH imbalances make iron insoluble. Foliar feed with chemical fertilizer containing Fe or rusty water.

MANGANESE (Mn)
Necrotic and yellow spots form on top leaves. Mn deficiency occurs when large amounts of Mg are present in the soil. Foliar feed with any chemical fertilizer containing Mn.

BORON (B)
Growing shoots turn grey or die. Growing shoots appear burnt. Treat with one teaspoon of Boric acid (sold as eyewash) per gallon of water.

MOLYBDENUM (Mb)
Yellowing of middle leaves. Foliar feed with chemical fertilizer containing Mb.

ZINC (Zn)
White areas form at leaf tips and between veins. Occurs in alkaline soils. Zn deficiency can be treated by burying galvanized nails in the soil. Chemical fertilizer containing Zn can also be used.

OVER FERTILIZATION
Causes leaf tips to appear yellow or burnt. To correct soil should be flushed with three gallons of water per one gallon of soil.

What a sad day guys, as I sit here typing I'm smoking the last of my homegrown. It was only bag seed but it works(I sure am glad I've finally got some good genetics). I haven't had to buy a bag in probably 8 months but I had to shut down my room for a few weeks in May so I harvested everything. Man it's going to be hard to not rush this grow now, maybe just a couple of the ladies will go into the flower room a little early.

When I watered the little ladies this evening I noticed 8 or 10 gnats flying around so I spayed the plants with some neem oil. I'm going to bug bomb the whole room this weekend, I'll be sure to put them in a safe place.

They are between 3 3/4 - 6". I guess I'll lst them over the weekend & with any luck I'll be cloning them in a couple of weeks. I'll post some pics after the lst.
