My journey

Just a little backround:
I scored two premi seeds out of some decent kine i got around town. (i say premi b/c they were kinda tiny and very green. Please correct me if i'm wrong)
Before i found this site i went and got some "6 pots some floro's and some soil. I attempted to germinate the seeds and to my dismay they didn't seem to want to. Finally after about 8-9 days they had little sprouts.
So i planted them and set up my lights (not very well either).
After a couple days they popped out and i put them on a 24/7 cycle w/ two blue/white spectrum floros.
Long story short.....one died and her big sister (knock on wood) is still kickin. Only thing is, she's 19 days old, no bigger than an inch and only has two real leafs and one of the circular ones.

Needless to say I found this forum and am now running a 150 w HPS and 2 675 lumen orange/red spectrum floro's.
I want to run this until i get better growth. I'll have pics up tmrw. But can these factors cause a plant to grow that slow? The plant looks healthy but i burnt it a little adding some nutes the other night. Not bad though.

Mi amigo has a plant that is a week younger and about 3 in taller? Should I just leave it in the big pot and rock it out?

Well thats what i figured. I wish i would have found this site before i started anything. Oh well. It looks as though maybe later today i t may get a nice little growth. it actually grew about an eighth of an inch!!! I know its not much but at this point it makes me happy!:mrgreen:

Soil is drying up. still moist at the bottom, i'll check it when i get home maybe, just maybe she'll drink everything and surprise me later!

Expect pics this afternoon! Then i can really pick your brains!

Pic #1 was the nuggs i got the seeds from. :hump:
Pic #2 is my current setup. 150 w HPS & 2 875 lumen 5000k floros
pic #3 is Day 19. I think overwatering and the overly large pot contribute to it's punniness.
Pic #4 another pic from yest.
Pic #5 This was this morning (day 20) you can see what i think is nute burn
Pic #6 was right before the lights came on tonight. (22/2)

You can def. see the discoloration......nute burn?
I didn't water for a day and a half. Checked soil and was dry 3 1/2 inches down added a few spray of water (distilled)

You can't see from the pic but there is a nice little tip coming out of the middle of the two leaves!!!:mrgreen:
finally something new. Hopefully by morning there'll be a nice little tip popping out.

So let me have it, help me help Bob-backwards (i know its a guys name but i think a chick could be bob too? I like it anyhow)

Does anybody have an idea as to how to remedy her?

She does, however, have a new growth. finally looks like something positive is going down! (technically up)

So after work i'm gonna put up the pics i took this morning. I added the whole yeast co2 set up. Don't know if mine is functional but it looks pretty legit. (operative phrase being looks)
I also have really good pics of the new growth!

If you have any suggestions please let me know.

So the new sprout in he middle is two more leaves coming out. They are growing pretty fast in comparison to the way it started. I'll take some photos tonight after the dark cycle. Which leads me into the title. Right now i have them on 22/2, should i leave the them on that or maybe go to 18/6, or 16/8?
what do you think would happen if you did a cycle that was 6on/3off i wonder if it would confuse it or maybe it would enjoy it? Maybe after this i'll try that with some bag seeds.....unless it's incredibly retarded or some one else has done it to no avail and says "hey, that won't work don't waste your time." and could show me why it wouldn't work.

~~~Tangent~~~
Pot is amazing my dog Blaze got in a fight had to get three staples in his toe. He was all whiney and gimpy. I gave him three hits and no whine, no gimp just stoned! :blsmoke:
Well it is drying up about 3 1/2 in down in about 2 days so im gonna stick to every two days water. But i really don't like the soil i'm using and want to try a proven mixture, so i think im gonna transplant this one to better soil once she starts getting better.
OH YEAH!!! So i was chilling with a buddy of mine and in his cali skunk he snagged there was one lowly seed that looks pretty healthy. so I'm attempting to germinate that and get it to catch up to bob-backwards. But im very confident if it sprouts i will do well with it thanks to this forum!
Arab thanks for being the only person that seems interested in my journal. Twistup.......I see you all the time so you know how my shit is. Everybody else thats just lookin, well i hope you get some good info from my fuck ups!
I'm gonna post some pics. so you can see the new growth and how its going. You think if the Cali seed germs, after a week and a half or so i can trasplant it? Hopefully bob, will be healthy enough to move too. Oh well talk to you soon!
alright well here is the latest. The first three pics are from just a few min. ago. and the last pic is from yesterday afternoon. Oh, i decided to switch to 18-6 so we'll see if that helps or hurts at all, also only watering every 2 days and turning the fan on every third day starting today.
