1st Grow Crystal

Here are some pics of my mates first successful grow. Started off with 2 nipped cuttings and flouros to veg. Started flowering on tubes too but had to make a new gro room and upgrade lights half way through flowering. Went with single 400 dual spec as there's limited headroom. Needed butchering during flowering too as it went out of control, lol. It took a while but was worth the wait. Feel free to post comment.

Thanks mate, post some reps if you really think so. I had to surf t web for all my info, there's so much out there and some of it really contradicts others. I guess there's no accounting for experience and some luck, lol. I learned more doing it than anything else. They took me 5 months all in and an excellent heady high. Second grow just posted - check it out - Second Grow, this time from seed. How am i doing?

i jumped in at the deep end when a mate offered me some seedlings so i had to learn on the fly but i think its the best way

haha, same happened to me mate first grow. Mate arrived with 2 good rooted cuttings so i had to get gro-room building fast! I guess id never have had it done otherwise.

Hey DR. I Just picked up some crystal seeds from the net and I am getting ready to start my 1st grow. Got my fingers crossed. I was just wondering if there is any advice you could give me for this strain and also what was the total harvest that you guys got from the strain. How many plants? What was the amount from each plant? any help or clues you give me will be much appreciated.

I must say I had it easy friend. I was handed 2 rooted cuttings from a good known female. That was the hard work done right there!

I found it easy to grow really, but hellish to harvest. It was my first harvest but maaan - they were sticky biaches. Yours should be just as sticky by the end hopefully.

What medium, lights and nutes do you intend to use. Have you posted your gro-room set-up yet?

If your environment is good (temp light air and water) and your sprouts show female - ask someone at ROLLITUP if you encounter any problems, you'll be fine dude.

I never knew of this site when i started - thats a big advantage you have too.

I am growing the veg state with a 12 plant v-drip system. Take a look at v-drip.com
I Have a 400 watt HPS from HTG I will be growing in my 3x8 closet and I intended to cut it in half. For the nutes I plan to use GH 3part micro grow and flower.Unless you can recomend something else? I plan to use rockwoll and clay pellets. For the flowering room I will have a charcoal filter with a hydro farm squarel cage fan. for the flower room I am going to use a 4x2 bonicare tray and once again stick with the rockwool and clay pellets. I will also be growing big bud so i plan to start with 6 seeds from both and hope to at least get 2 fem from both. I will be starting my grow in a 2 weeks once i get back from a little vacation to cali. Any advice you can give me about my setup?

Hi PP, you seem to have done your homework!! You have it all planned out and patience to boot. I like the v-drip idea and it sounds as if you have plenty of room in that closet.

Whats the NPK on your nutes? I used Vitalink Bloom with some Bio Bizz bud stimulant - very mild really with whats out there but it really made a difference when i started using it.

One single 400W for 12 plants is ambitious, it'll be fine for your veg but you may need 2 or 3 for flowering that many plants. Cover your closet walls in Mylar reflective sheeting.

Filter is good, I aint got one and im getting a bit smelly depending which way the wind blows, lol. Squirrel cage is good too.

I used soil as my medium, never used clay but i've read very good comments. If nothing else you can use them again

that's someone with there head screwed on....woo i wish i had my grow planned that well before i started from what he was saying i plans only to get 4 female plants watch him get 12 and want to build a bigger room as the best plans go to waste LOL
