I couldn't believe it either. I had high hopes for all these nice tops. First day I saw the balls forming, I was rubbing my eyes. Then the next day there was a whole bunch of them....
I had convinced myself it was a beautiful girl but......

Here are my seeds already for about 40hrs in a cup of water.
You can see that they both cracked.
It's my first time germinating this way, so I don't know if leaving them more in the water would harm them. Should I plant them now or wait for this white thing go pop out completely?

Since you already started germing that way, leave em in teh water till the lil poo-er comes out. If ur scared about hurting them wit too much water, just take em out n put them in a damp/wet papertowel until they finish. Otherwise looking good man lookin good. - Clean

Tho if you do want to plant them, you can. It wont hurt, may take abit longer then you're use to tho to sprout. No harm tho Choice is urs marky mark

Putting them in a papertowel is a good idea actually....
I'll leave them in the cup for 4-5 hrs more, and then either put them to a papertowel until they finish, or plant them.
Maybe I'm just a bit impatient.....lol
