I highly reccomend a cooltube! Mines been up and running for about 3 days now using the 600w MH. I absolutely love it, and so do my plants. They are growing noticebly faster. Beats the shit outta my old setup(2 50W HPS and 4 CFL's). I put 2 inline fans on the tube, one blows air in and the other sucks it out. Heres a pic during installation the other day, I since have removed some duct to make it flow a bit better.

Im assuming you got these seeds from marijuana-seeds.nl because i have the same strains from them. I very curious to see your big bud because on there site they said it is an indica but mine is sativa dominate, slow growing tall and has super thin leaves almost like the thai stick.The seeds were very big just like you said yours are. Oh and be prepared to wait on that thai stick it takes forever!

well, i am VERY HAPPY WITH THEM TODAY!! I wish I would have taken pictures last night when I got to see them because they didn't look so hot at all....I was ashamed! In 16 hours they have grown more then they did in the last 5 days! THE SECRET the AC has been on the last 2 days Some of them still have curled up leaves as you can see in the pics;they all looked like that last night and it was worse. All I know about the temps is what you see too...I can't be around them as often anymore Anyway... there is only one big bud plant that looks like it might not make it through, but another big bud is my biggest yet and i took a few pictures of it for you hempnosis.. how do they compare to how yours where? and yeah it was a promo special on their web site!

Going to get a box fan (or two!) today which should help a lot right? I'll wait to see how much those improve the temps to see if I can finally play with the six hundred again

As far was my watering lately. I have been doing about 1/3 of what I was doing it before, but they need it about every day when it was about 3 days before. I learned some stuff about how roots really thrive in oxygen rich environments from the hempy bucket method. So the smaller, but more frequent waterings help to deliver oxygen to the roots.

I'm making a trip to the hydro store tomorrow for some ocean forrest and some gentle nutes!

Good choice on the OceanForrest, I just had a bag delivered the other day, itll be my first time using it. Are you mixing anything with it or using it straight? Im going to use my OF by itself but a lot of people like to mix it with lightwarrior. Oh and add this to the list too while your at the hydroshop.

hey focus the plants seem to be doin alright...hopefully you can figure out your heat problem, i just bought some box fans for my apartment and they keep it way cooler in there, plus i put up some new curtains which block out a ton of the sun which help keep the place cool as well, hopefully that ocean forrest will treat ya well...keep it up good luck, i threw some new pics up of my girls too, check it if ya got time brotha lemme know what ya think, peacez

hello guys!

i have great news! i've added 2 box fans... 2 of them 3 foot tall fans...and the AC stays on for 12 hours a day. temps 77-82 . the bad news! it is just simply not enough to cool the 600w in the closet and running in the open room is not an option. the plants are still under the modest CFLs, but they have grow more in the last 3 days then in a week... i'll have 3 sets of pics from the last 5 days up tomorrow i picked up the FFOF and a bottle of FF grow big. All the plants have now taken 2 waterings at about 2/3 tsp per gallon. They get it spraid on their folliage about 5-6 times a day too. No signs of any burns at the tips.

I have $200 to put towards my grow. I'm concerned about getting something that won't be optimal for my ultimate location, but the grow will be worth much more to me. So I may burn a buck fifty on a nice T5 HO fixture.

I'm back! Sorry I haven't update in a few days... have been busy lately.

Well what can I say? I'm very happy with how far they have come in a week.. the first 4 pictures are 6/21, next 4 6/23, and rest are from today. I have been watering about once a day or day and a half. I have only been giving them about 2-3oz at a time and I've been logging the weights of everything. 3 or 4 days ago they got a dose of 1 table spoon per gallon of grow big and 1/4 tsp superthrive and they loved it... yesterday i gave them 2 tsp per gallon and they love it.

The temperature and more often, but less volume of water have really turned things around...that and the nutes I need to get some new lights so I can transplant in a week or so I'd imagine.

Now THAT'S how they're supposed to grow. I'm gonna guess that the temps were your most helpful improvement. High heat really stunts plants. Definitely gonna need to transplant soon. Looking good !!!!

lookin way better focus, im sure your temps have been lowered because it seems like they have exploded since the last time... be sure to keep your babies cool enough with fresh air, and they will show u the love and thrive in response to it... cant wait to see the next update man... stop by my grow they are startin to bud up nicely, but keep up the good work, and good luck with the heat issues, happy growin brotha.peace

They look good focus, and I agree its time to transplant. You will be using ocean forrest right? Im having great results with the OF right now, even my seedlings are loving it. Despite many others saying its too harsh on seedlings I decided to walk my own path. The results are unfolding in my grow journal. Stop by sometime.

Wee here we go again!

The light got dropped on them for 2 seconds about 3 days ago.. they recovered nicely.

Next time I think I'll SCROG to keep em at the same height because right now it really varies. The two smallest are the bag seed. The ones that really stretch out without lots of lower sites are the big bud. The bubblegum smells of skunk! The Thai Stick is my favorite looking so far!

Still going to be about a week I'd imagine till they hit 12/12.

I'll also try to take some clones... even if it is just 1 or 2 from a plant.
