so i thought those leafs on the bagseed would have curled out by now and straightened but it hasn't. I'm starting to wonder if its doing this because of my light setup I have a UVB fluro and another random fluro but the plants grow towards the UVB? couldthat be it? uneven light distribution?

and outta curiosity anyone ever grown or seen blueberry x grape ape?

Default Oh Yaaaaaaaaaaa
I have grown DJ SHORTS "true blueberry" and have three clones of PLATNUM GRAPE APE(THIS IS A CLONE ONLY STRAIN) in my veg room. Yours could be the cross(the blueberry would have been the male if that's the case) I love the TB it's a great producer and the flavor is out of this world---It really does have a blue smell and taste. I only got to try a small amount of the PGA but it is my fav to date. I picked up the clones about three weeks ago-so I don't have any info on the growth character of the plant------I don't really care about the weight-it's going to be my head-stash for the holidays this year(it's going to get the perfect cure and at least a month or two in the jar before I even touch it). My mouth is watering just talking about it. Good luck with your cross-I hope it turns out great for you.

hey man thanks! yah the trueblue was the male the nug looks a little purpleish but has such a strong blueberry taste and sweet musky smell. I love it but personally I like the straight grape ape better than the cross just my opinion. the sprout is growing fast and the bagseed is working on its 5 bladed set of leaves. ill put pics up tomorrow or the next day.

thx Lacy!! i set the plants outside for some natural sunlight and they are looking healthy as ever. the sprouts grownin strong too. i think im gonna call that bagseed twister since those leaves are still twisting like that but all in all lookin 100%. im gonna be moving these babies to my friends indoor setup and hes for sure gonna wanna do LST or something but im not sure since its my first grow i plan to harvest and ive never done any of that yet. what do you guys think? is LST or FIM or any of that beginner status or should i wait till i have a few harvests under my belt?

Absolutely. I would do some training on it. Most plants like it. There are few plants that don't.

Many people think that if you grow a plant naturally that the main cola will be a lot more potent than if you top it but that just so exaggerated. It may be slightly more potent but not that much more that the average person would notice but if you top if after about the 4th or 5th node you will start to get a lot more bushy plants with more places for buds. Then if you pull the branches down gently and gradually you will then have plants that receive more light throughout. More buds to harvest.

If you have any questions I would be happy to help.

wow thx so much!! I'm more concerned that out of 5 seeds only one germed so i would be devastated to kill my last and only blue ape. might try on the twister tho. when in veg should I start tying them down? right before flower cycle?
