So I have been reading curiously on this fine site and have decided to share my project/experiment with all my peers.

I have a 8"dx18"wx20"t PC box that my brother has kept in his closet since I got it in computer repair class. So I gutted it, put tape on every hole going to the inside of the comp.(not before wiping it all down).

I took a reflective sun shade for a cars front window and cut them to fit in my PC box. I bought a 42w 6500k 4400 lumens CFL for lighting. I should add a 20w 2700k CFL aswell. I have a 5" fan pushing are out, and a 3" on pushing it but im not having it on at the moment. I have a mesh screen to keep bugs and dust from being sucked into the case behind the 3" fan.

I'm keeping my plants 2-3" from the 42w CFL. I only water them when the soil is getting fairly dry, (and it will wiegh less aswell).

I am using SCHULTZ 10-15-10 all purpuse plant food in concentrated liquid form.

just a heads-up - that schultz's plant food is insufficient for marijuana. look out for Mg deficiency, as that food does not contain any. many moons ago i found that out the hard way.

lol, thanks man. I watered them with a light light amount of epson salts (2 times). so the soil should have a little for it to nibble on.

btw what kind of soil is that? pic#4 looks like that sprout came up between about four puppy turds.

thats the compost drying up at te top. I rewater them every few days. i believe its scotts or miricle grow potting soil

Currently on day 5:

I watered them today with filtered distilled24h water.

It now seems to me that plant number 3 is of a different species. it is stockier and the stems color is different then plant #1 & 2.

Sweet, glad you got this grow up. Is your case 100% stealth? Or is it out in the open?

stealth? well you cant see any light penetrate when you close the lid. and its just sitting on my desk like in the comp. pic.

oh ya. I put a little thin cardboard thing there, so now there is no light and no fan(visually).

EDIT: I have the cardboard thing "funneled" to my teamug, so I can chill on the forumz, watch my garden, And have my tea being cooled anytime im not sippin' on it!
