The controversial Vitamin C grow

I use ebb and flow so i have no lines to clog. But i think that the clogging lines you are having problems with is from nutrient salts. You probably knew that though.

I have heard of people using filter bags, they are a bag you put your pump into that works as a prefilter, this might be something you want to look into if it isn't nutrient salts that are your problems. I have heard of people using tights thar are thicker than average nylons for prefilter bags. Sapposedly it extends your pumps life too.

This is my first grow that i have done, so I really don't have a bench mark to go from but I do know that carbs make more dense buds.... All of the hydro solutions that are carb solutions are derived from molasses or cane sugar. I have notices my buds growing in more densely but I am not sure if this is the typical life cycle or from the molasses.

Mine are from salts yes and algae growing in the line. I like my main line clear to check for flow don't like the thick black for my main. I use rockwool too and that can have particles to clog also.

ww when you change your res do you flush your lines with bleach? i think that would help a bunch also i have noticed that h2o2 will take care of algae. Just make sure you run your lines through to get the dead algae out. my water in line is also clear so i had similar problems but no clogging of course. I still think that the filter bag would do you good
