KuckCanucks Cataract Kush Grow, 3 Plant Organic

Hey guys I've got a bag of trim setting in my fridge that i would love to make hash or hash extract for an e cig with but I'm afraid i might need it for other reasons, for a few years my throat has been fucking me and I'm a former smoker and current e cig user so I'm a bit worried, I've got no health insurance so i cant really go see a doctor so I'm hoping if i do have something going on with my throat that cannabis may be able to help me out with it, i've seen a lot of interesting stuff about medical cannabis lately, anyways i was just wondering what is the best way to deliver cannabis for medical purposes? I read that cooking the cannabis releases a lot of cbd and that eating it raw may deliver a lot more cbd than anything else but I'm not sure what extraction method to go with for medical purposes and i dont want to waste my trim, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear you have throat issues, I'm a smoker myself now since 14 and just over 20 years later starting to feel the effects.
Anyway I have seen documentaries on medi cannabis showing users extract the oil and ingest it that way but other than that I have no experience with it, regardless I wish you well.

i tried the ice water extraction with some trim. i cant remember how long i soaked and stirred it for, but was too long. it came out as black hash and was unsmokable as far as i am concerned. everyone else smoked it and they liked it, but it tasted like chit. i am really picky about the taste and this stuff did not make the cut.

Mo has some good looking stuff.

when i get a chance i take a couple of pics of my last batch of ice water extraction with some buds that didn't make the cut as far as taste.

My IWE was crappy tasting also! It was like melted plastic. That is why I decided to make oil. It smells and tastes great!

The dry ice hash tasted just like incense hash! Sweet and strong

man....making hash is like a whole different part of growing. Just when I got the hang of growing now I want to learn about hash .

Popped my head in the tent this morning to do the day-to-day stem check, about 70-80% through the dry now ... but holy that Jill and her bubblegum smell is dominating everything in there hard. This is the first run ever where I haven't felt the need for the carbon filter, and the room the tent sits in smells like a Hubba Bubba factory. I get in close on the Kush`s and I can get their real fuelly, sweet Kush smell coming through ... should be more robust once the Cataracts are all together in the vac jar and separated from the NLxWW and the BuKu (who has a spiciness to her).

Hoping to have the pre-cure update and weigh in before I head to the farm this weekend, assuming it's all ready ... but I have no issues leaving it and doing it on Monday if it isn`t ready. This thread turned out much better than I anticipated, thanks go out again to you all for keeping the thread interesting and moving forward . Happy growing, keep it green mates,

They smell in the tent started out like straight hay, which worried me. But other the last few days, everything`s started to come into it`s own smell-wise. Almost made the decision to do the weigh-up tonight, trim everything down ... decided against it, haha. Will probably wait until Monday do finish everything up, want to make sure everything`s nice a dry before we go through the cure. Oh the anticipation

Got some snapping today !! Gonna give the give the buds a trimming off the vine, haha, and get a weigh-in for you guys today. Get them all jarred up and have a little photo session

Thanks for the compliment T, means a lot coming from you mate. Every Kush grower needs a filter, I just didn`t need it as I`m highly elevated up 16 stories, so stray smells are non-existent here (everything is running back into the place, forced air in from outside). Otherwise ALWAYS run the carbon filter

So after it`s all said and done ... we come out to 130.7g = 4.67oz . Sampled the dried Mrs. O and it is a very nice smoke, fresh Kush tasting with some fuelly undertones, instantly goes to work. I`m taking a while to post this damn thing, haha. Had a couple Volcano bags with a mate and a couple bong rips and feel great, no pains, mental laze, but with clarity . Will post more in depth later on after a proper cure to get that nice, nice taste soil has to offer. Thanks for following along guys, keep it green and ATB,

finally someone that knows how to use a scale and weigh up just the buds not big old stalks. good honest weigh in. other people would have had well over half a lb. with those same plants.

Loved the time line and bud porn man some healthy looking girls you grew there, as far as the time outs on the uploads go you should reduce the size of those pics to 800x600 in paint before you upload them, roll it up automaticly resizes them to 800x600 so there is no point in uploading a 4 MB pic when it will be reduced to the the quality of a 150kb pic.
