Ok so I couldnt decided which way to take my grow this time was either gonna be aeroponics or bubbleponics but I just couldnt decided so I am going to attempt to do both side by side to compare the results.

So i got these containers that hold 30 gals each, they measure 80cm x 50 x 40.

I'm going to sink some 14cm net pots in the lid of both, i have 20 net pots and as soon as these containers arrive I will be working out just how i was going to arrange the pots and how many per tank.

I germinated 10 big bud x northern lights and 10 x bubblelicious but due to having to leave real early for work 1 day i didnt water them and 3 died.

For the veg part I have just been using votes dunk method which has been going ok. I dont have a light spare at the moment to veg with so they are all split between two boxes and when the flowering room is in daylight they share a 600w hps with my horizontal plant and they also get 3 hours of cfl light either side.

This is how they look at the moment, I think I will only have a few more weeks left and then i can start to flower these babies and then start the process over.

ok so things are moving through the veg stace nicely, im dunking them regularly in nutes with ec of 1.4 plants are growing nicely but still a bit of time before flowering yet
because they dont have their own light yet they are sharing one with my horizontal plant so they are all in their 6 inch net pots in some drawers that i borrowed to carry them in.

There are 3 plants that are in the biggest rockwool cubes, these are potential mothers to be.

Unfortunately though im still awaiting delivery of my containers that will make up the tanks for the systems, so once they arrive i will do a step by step of how i made them but i only plan to use them once i start them on 12/12.

Looking good mate! i can hardly wate to check them out when they grow up :P

The Dunk method works ok, but I have found as of lately (maybe it's me) that I have been squeezing the sides of the rockwool a bit to hard. Doesn't seem to be hurting the roots, but I am setting up a different method just to avoid any problems.

How often do you dunk them for and how often vote?

When dunking, I dunk them several (about 5-7 dunks) times. The main thing when dunking is to help flush out the old nutes. I stick them in, and pull them out right away, allowing the nutes to drain through the cubes, then I dunk again.

so they still vegin and have been doing so now for about 3 weeks, they looking ok but im just waiting for some bits to come and then ill be making quite a few changes

3 are in flower now, hopefully these will have a couple of fems in as i want to use these for mothers
