because i was only wanting to grow 2-3 plants max and i recently purchased Blue Cheese Feminized Seeds and i yanked that plant to plant the fem in its place, its been in that cup for two days sitting in my room and has grown a small bit haha

if you have the cash i would invest in more cfls
you don't need them now but later and in flower you'll need them

Like others have said, get more light on those babies and definitely a lot closer. With cfl's, you want to get as close as possible. 1 to 2 inches away from the plants. Looks like you are using the cfl's that are good for flowering, they got lots of red from em. Try and get some blue spectrum bulbs. They will read 6500k and/or say daylight on them.

Looks like your plants were droopy in those first pics because they were ready to be transplanted. The roots couldn't expand out anymore, so they weren't happy.

Like ceestyle said, try and get better soil if at all possible. MG will work, but it definitely isn't the best.

Got a ph kit yet? If not, it is a must have.

As for the transplant, if they weren't going to make it, you definitely wouldn't see any growth and they would most likely be looken like they were going to die.

***NEW UPDATE***

First off I would like to say THANK YOU to everyone who has commented and given me advice. I went with the light advice and installed 3 6700 Daylight and another 2700K CFLs
