First grow CFL 2-3 months in. Opinions please

Hi guys I am new. I have been lurking about getting info and so heres my product of all the knowlegde I have found here. I know it's not perfect just a very basic grow. I would deffinetly like your opinions but please don't flame. I'm sure they are not the greatest looking of plants.

So here are my plants very basic 1st grow. I just started the seedlings and I transplanted one but I left the other in the small pot. It's just potting soil and water. No nutes or nothing. Although I added some homemade nutes last night just to richen the soil up a bit hopefully. I put some one All I wanted was small plants and I have small plants.

I topped them because they were trying to grow way to tall. Most of what you see is the undergrowth i have trimmed away some of the fan leaves, maybe I shouldnt have? They may not look like the biggest plants in the world but I am very happy with them. They are growing in a very small space between my bed and the wall with like 4 cfl's and big flouresent tube on them.

I have switched them from 24 hours of light to 12/12 (or at least im trying to do 12/12 but I have no timer). They are around 2-3 months old and I'm really wanting them to flower and I think they have just shown signs of sex. I'm really hoping you guys can help me identify the sex I'm having a hard time. So I think the smaller one in the small pot is a male but I'm not positive, because I see round looking things on one stem secton but on another I see some very distint white hairs. I'll try to get some very detailed pictures as I figure this all out. I am still learning how to use my cam to get those good clear close up shots.

So I think I'm going to need to get some better close-in shots.... I'll be working on that k

i dont know what sex they are.....what seed did u use?

Lol you might be overwatering them or its getting too hot .
and 24/0 .????
stay to the book ..!!!
16/6 Vegg
12/12 Flowering
What light you useing ..? coz it should be around (4 week Vegg)&(8 week flowering) all are diff
so by 8 weeks you should have some nice bud.

The one that is in my pic is 4 weeks old ..
