Default 16 Shiva Skunk Clones: First Grow

Whats up everyone!

Yesterday, I started my first grow.

Here are my specs:
16 Shiva Skunk Clones (Thank you, prop 215!)
HydroHut Mini Complete
600 watt HPS
FoxFarm Ocean Forest Soil
Botanicare Pure Blend Pro Bloom (Soil Formula)

Yesterday when I got the clones, they looked a little droopy and some of them had a yellowing/burning to the leaf tips. Hopefully, they'll recover with time.

Here are a few pics to start you guys off:

This is my HydroHut Mini (I decided to go soil, phh there goes 300 bucks)

There were some nice roots on my clones, but some of them looked irregularly droopy. I also noticed some yellowing that looked like burn on the tips of some of the leaves.

The plants just look unhappy to me for some reason...could this be the stress from transplanting?

I'm guessing the cupping is from the heat stress, or maybe dehydration? I really want to know what the drooping is from, though.

The temps were a little high on my initial test run, but I managed to bring it down about 8 degrees with two 6" fans.

What's going on here?

I just noticed this as well, and I'm not sure what it is (these are all the same leaf):

I also noticed today that a few of the stems on my plants are turning purple. This is not from cold temps, as the lowest my temps get is around 62F.

Also I noticed this leaf curling downward, and some of my leaf tips are yellowing/burning. Here is a picture:

And here is the purple stem:

My clones did the same thing when I put them in soil. I don't know if it's from shock or reacting to the roots coming into contact with the soil. Mine stole the life from almost all the leaves before the roots were working enough to support the plant. I lost 2 and 2 are still alive but not doing anything productive. keep the soil moist and mist them. As the water evaporates off the leaves it sucks moisture from the roots to take it's place. This starts forcing the plant to use it's roots to start keeping it alive. My clones were stunted for several weeks before they showed any signs of new growth. Don't give them nutes yet, let them get their root system into the soil and use the nutes there or you will burn them. They may get more yellow but they are building the roots and it takes alot of it's energy. be patient and don't over react and they will be fine....

Thanks for the response! I am definitely going to just let them do their thing.

I haven't used any nutes yet, and I've been watering once the top inch or so of soil looks dry, misting daily. My plants are definitely growing, as they've gained an inch since yesterday. I'm just mainly worried about the curling and the burning on the tips of new growth.

Should I wait for the plant to recover completely before flowering?

But will it decrease my yield greatly if they are not completely back in good health after flowering?

They're not going to bud overnight. In the 8 or so weeks your going to flower you'll probably have more probs come and go. Go when ever you want. The longer they veg the bigger they get by the time they're done......
