This is what happens when you live in sunny San Diego and get sun all day long in the winter. (My backyard gets direct sun from sunrise 6am to 3:30pm plus another 4 hours of sunlight when it goes behind the house. that’s 12 hrs of sun in winter early spring.
Plants never went into shock and always had new shots growing. In May the plants where 3 feet tall healthy
